I've just completed another full month test over all of spring, so I'm basically at the point where I've tried an entire year's worth of checking and I'm truly starting to lose faith. Hmm, I hadn't thought about hurricanes since I always push them back, but good to know someone's tried anyway. I'm guessing it's not linked to any specific day or weather condition, if it actually spawns. There was a hurricane and a Runey day, no luck on those days either.

I realise it's "random" and "rare", but it's been nearly 4 months in game and I swear there is no day that the RC spawns, I check every single day, and skip onto the next one, so I really don't see how it could take this long!
